Hey! Hope all is well with everyone.
I know when it is getting close to Christmas as my usually quite social life suddenly goes into overdrive! It’s great fun but I am not as young as I used to be! I even had a Sunday afternoon nap. OUCH!!!
So, my week:
Shane Cooper Face Lift
Had the most amazing non surgical face lift at the beginning of the week. Shane Cooper specialises in the most advanced non surgical solutions. you can see examples of his work on his social media and his website, @ShaneCooperUk and www.ShanecaciBeauty.com I was totally amazed!
What I liked about his service and treatment is that he is mobile and can come to your home and get this done in your own comfort. The treatment was truly VIP and bespoke to my needs. I’ve had many facials but this was amazing! I had a 90 minute treatment and I was blown away with the results.
I am continuing treatments with Shane and going to start treatments on my body with the LipoFirm Pro. He uses equipment that works simultaneously to create a synergistic effect that delivers non invasive fat removal and lymphatic drainage as well as skin tightening.
I can’t wait to reveal the final results!
I was lucky enough to be invited to a screening of I, Daniel Blake last week, with a question and answer session with the legendary director, Ken Loach. The film was astounding, I did cry a lot. I won’t spoil it for you but go and see it. I even met Mr Loach and shamelessly asked for a selfie! It had to be done.
One of my favourite things about Christmas is the return of Winter Wonderland to London’s Hyde Park. Funfair, market, ice skating, circus/ the magical ice kingdom, live music, mulled wine and cheesy chips!!! What is there possibly not to love. I went with my lovely friend Alex and her gorgeous daughter. I pretty much went on everything including the largest ever travelling roller coaster. I had to do that alone as no one would join me! The park is open until the beginning of January. I will be there most days!
Oxford Street and Carnaby Street
As I live quite close to central London I am always able to pop in and see the Christmas lights. Here are a couple of pics for you; in the Carnaby Street one I am wearing my bright We are Rushworth beanie and my wee cat headphones from Skinny Dip.
More things to make me prepared for Christmas! My daughter and I got the cosiest fluffy Christmas PJs from JOY. So warm and comfy and totally the best thing for snuggling up in. Love them!
I never go out on a Saturday night as I am always with my daughter but she was having a sleepover. My gorgeous friend called me up last minute and suggested we go to an early dinner in Soho. We went to one of my favourite fish restaurants, Randall and Aubin on Brewer Street. We had a good catch up and had lots of lovely nibbles (and a wee bit of champers)! I then dragged my friend to GAY for a bit of shameless mum dancing. it was great fun but no wonder I napped on Sunday! I have behaved like a teenager all week.
Have a great week and will speak soon.
