My gorgeous friend Angela has been personal training me for the last few months (thank you lovely!). She believes that the key to fitness, tone and vitality is to train the body using holistically, dynamic, multi-dimensional movements that stretch and strengthen every part of you in a totally natural way. She’s created unique primal flow routines which use body weight to really work on the core. And my god, it works. It looks simple enough but my body aches after every session, which is always a good sign.
