October Skincare Favourites

October 11, 2019

Hello lovelies,

I hope you’re all well and not missing the summer weather too much.

As we all know, it is getting increasingly colder outside, and with that, our skin can start to suffer. I have now started to switch up my skincare routine as we head into Winter, in order to keep my skin feeling hydrated. I have put together some of my favourite transitional October skincare products which I am loving and wanted to share with you all.

Origins – Power Anti-Aging Oil-Free Cream

£50 / 50ml

oil free

Origins as a brand is known for using only natural ingredients and sourcing them in the most environmentally friendly ways. To ensure my skin keeps a youthful glow, anti-ageing cream is a must! The Power Anti-Aging cream is infused with Anogeissus and dill seed extract, both used to aid skin elasticity and improve the appearance of any lines and wrinkles. This lightweight, oil free formula also includes UV protection which I find very important.

Available from Origins.

Origins – Drink Up Intensive

£22 / 75ml

I love making sure that I feed my skin with a nourishing cream before I go to bed, this way my skin feels soft and hydrated when I wake up. I find the Origins Drink Up Intensive mask an amazing way to help reduce any thirsty and dry skin that starts to appear as the weather gets colder. Avocado, one of the main ingredients used, is an amazing source of healthy fats and nutrients, with a soft texture. Swiss glacier water is another ingredient, which is a pure and mineral-rich water that is used with Hyaluronic acid to keep the skin feeling moisturised all day long – What could be better?

Glamglow – Galacticleanse

£26 / 145ml

Who else finds removing make-up such a long and annoying process?…..Well so do I! However, I stumbled across Glamglow’s Galacticleanse and it has become one of my go-to cleansers. This extremely affordable jelly-to-milk formula effortlessly melts away my make-up, so I don’t feel the need to constantly scrub my face – result!! It is enriched with meteorite mineral powder and moonflower oil which encourages and softens renewed skin.

Available from Glamglow.

Glamglow – Waterburst

£39 / 100ml

Another one of my favourite moisturisers this month, has been Glamglow’s Waterburst. Made with moisture-lock technology, this weightless water cream aims to give instant hydration which has made me reach for this product on numerous occasions.

Available from Glamglow.

Glamglow – Glowstarter

£36 / 50g

glamglow 2

And finally, although I use a range of creams and lotions in order to make my skin feel hydrated, I often need that little bit extra to make my skin look naturally glowy and nourished. That is where Glamglow have stepped in with their Glowstarter, which is a new discovery of mine, but I just love it. This mega illuminating moisturiser does not only tackle hydration and moisture, but also gives my skin an illuminated glow at the same time. Along with vitamins and botanicals, this all in one product also uses TEAOXI™ golden root technology to tackle dull skin.

Available at Glamglow

So, there you have it, my October skincare favourites.

I would love to know what skincare products you guys have been using as we make our way into Winter.
